New information on menu items
One thing that I learned new about menu items are the arrangement of the food in the menu. We recently went to the Bowlery, where they had updated their menu to now include meat items. Due to this the items containing meat were vividly marked so that there was little chance for confusion. They also took the time to mark foods that were vegetarian, vegan or contained gluten. I have noticed that while some restaurants may mark vegetarian or items with or without gluten this is not a required or everyday practice. It is more about marketing and meeting the expectations of their clients.
