Comparing Texas Agrilife versus Oklahoma Cooperative Service

Post by Khasan on Wed May 03, 2017 4:09 pm

I noticed that the majority of the programs for Texas Agrilife and Oklahoma Coopertive Services were generally the same such as 4-H, business, and crops. The main differences I noticed focused on weather, family and consumer sciences. Oklahoma had an entire tab devoted to weather that focused on possible extreme weather conditions and the resources available for alert. There was no such page on the Texas Agrilife site. Then Oklahoma also had a family and consumer sciences tab with topics such as hunger and health. While Texas Agrilife has similar initiatives the sites were not labeled or named exactly the same.
