New and Useful Information on Food Safety
One of the things that I really enjoyed learning about with food safety was the correct temperature for the refrigerator and receiving a thermometer to put in mine. Living in an apartment without an expensive technologically advanced refrigerator that did not come with a thermostat but just a numbered dial I now know to keep the frig at 40 degrees F or below and my freezer should be 0 and below. Another useful bit of information I learned in general was the correct cooking temperatures for meat. As a vegetarian I was not familiar with how to cook meat as I never did that even while I ate meat. While I will still not consume meat I now know the correct temperatures.
