Brittany Week 2 Question 1
I dined out at Bread Winners and had lunch. I thought that the Greek chicken salad, lump crab cake, turkey club with no mayo, fresh fruit, grilled veggies, and hummus with pita were all healthy options. I ordered the Greek chicken salad with low fat dressing and fresh fruit. The salad had field greens, tomatoes, artichokes, bell peppers, olives, cucumbers, and onions. Those are all good low-fat and low calorie ingredients with lots of nutrients such as minerals and vitamins. Also, I just love fruit and that is very nutritional as well.
