Question 1: Where did you dine out? What menu items did the restaurant have that you considered healthy options? What did you choose to order and why? Olive Garden. Water………not a whole lot, Soup & Salad, Grilled Salmon, Tilapia. I felt the soup and salad, was the least unhealthy and therefore ordered it. I also did not eat any of the breadsticks, that was painful.
