Question 1: What bad food safety practices did you notice in watching the network food shows? Some of the contestants used the same cutting board for their meat and vegetables, one contestant had a Band-Aid on her finger but no glove, another used their hand towel to clean the cutting utensils vs soap and water or getting another, placement of nonfood items (container) on the cutting board, jewelry on the finger without gloves, serving raw meat, hand towel tucked in pants, wiping sweat from forehead with hand during food prep.
