Question 2: What good food safety practices did you notice in watching the network food shows? Some of the contestants did wear gloves and used separate cutting boards for meat and vegetables, one contestant did have his hair restrained, some of the food were presented on white plates while others were on colored plates which created a competition for seeing all the colors in the food.
