Nancy: Week 3 Question 2
Barefoot Contessa used clear bowls for ingredients and plated final dish on white plates. Explanations of why certain steps were done were excellent. Techniques were clearly demonstrated and easy to follow. America's Test Kitchen also used clear containers for ingredients and white plates for Wow presentation. They also clearly explained steps taken. After each dish was presented, they gave an excellent quick summary of the lesson.
