Question 3: What is something you learned about a restaurant or menu item that you did not know?
I learned that much of what we eat in a restaurant is high in sodium. Even though it is marketed as healthy it may not be healthy in all aspects. The restaurant may only be concentrating on one area such as low calorie. The dish that you ordered may actually be low calorie but overall has other issues to make it to be an unhealthy dish.
