I rewatched the Texas Beef Council video - Sirloin Sugar Sanp Pea Pasta Salad.
The presenter wore jewelry (necklace and earrings) that could easily fall into the food.
The presenter sets the food up from left to right. Far left-raw sirloin, then cooked pasta for the salad, dressing for the salad, and on the far right, there was the cooktop. The presenter doesn't show the actual cooking of the sirloin, but the meat could have dripped into the pasta or dressing when moving the raw sirloin over to the right where the cooktop was. If a person was viewing this video at home and was setting the ingredients up to match the video, there would be a possibility for cross-contaimination.
