Jamie Question 2

I saw lots of good food safety practices on these shows. The cooks were using plastic cutting boards. They had separate cutting boards for meat and veggies. They were wearing gloves and I never saw any of them touch their face or hair (which was pulled back). I saw them washing the veggies they had just picked from the farmer's market.
