Thanks for your input, Maritsa! Just FYI, our MWV can get certified as Food Handlers for FREE using our online course. We'll be giving out the code to use at our class on Friday but I'll make sure to send it to you.

One new thing I learned from this self-study exercise there are a variety of programs Texas A&M AgriLife Extension has to offer as well as other state extension programs. I will be definitely be utilizing these programs and sharing them to others! If I knew before hand they have an online course to obtain a Texas Food Handlers Certification, I would have taken it right away. I am grateful for this self-study exercise because I would have never known these amazing opportunities and programs I am missing out from.
