Question 4: Name one interesting thing you learned after reviewing the "Packing a Safe and Healthy Lunch for School" Presentation

I found it interesting that if you do not eat a perishable item that you took for lunch that it needs to be thrown away and not reused or eaten. I find this wasteful, however it makes sense. When an item is in your lunch box, even with cold packs, it is hard to keep it out of the TDZ and will start to grow bacteria faster.
